This error message appear when i hit F5 to debug PHPWebProject
Hint :
1-I can not add references
2-installed phalanger from http://phalanger.codeplex.com/
3-IIS express edition that come with visual studio 2012
4-ASP project running OK
5-what about "php.exe" that i cant find it for interperter

what is the problem and how can i solve it?

PHP Project is not a Phalanger project. Ensure you have installed Phalanger Tools (distributed together with Phalanger installation (http://phalanger.codeplex.com/)) and create Phalanger project.
