I had a feeling it didn't need anything new. it is just instantiating a Date Object using objects already coded. I jusg didn't know how to return a static class. I'll check out your stub and see if I can help.
DateTime::diff seems to be the tricky one. It needs a class lib that doesn't exist yet.
