Handler "Phalanger" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler
I am new to Phalanger. I am having difficulty getting Phalanger to work on my Windows 7 x64 box. Can not seem to get past this error:
Handler "Phalanger" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list
I'd appreciate any guidance you could give.

I worked on this for hours,but and reregistering the IIS scripts fixed it

Yes, this is common issue.

In most cases it is caused by installing .NET 4 before IIS.
For other, run following command (x86, x64):
