They do. But you shouldn't use standard installer, and install phalanger manually, since the installer puts settings into machine.config (global configuration file), which would conflict.
You can only install Phalanger 2.0 + 3.0 using installer - these versions target different .NET Framework version (.NET 3.5, 4.0) with different configuration files.
