why I could not install phalanger in my laptop

my OS is XP (sp3) and visual stidio 10, but I could not install it in my laptop, could you please tell me how to install Phalanger in XP(sp3)?

Thank you for reporting the issue.
We have replicated it; and it seems there is an incompatibility of installer with older versions of Windows.
Will be fixed asap.

The issue has been fixed. (Installation of VS11 corrupted installers on our developer machines, causing incompatibility with regular older .NET versions;
