Do we have any document with instructions about how to build Phalanger with Mono or MonoDevelop?

Not for now. Just open Solutions/Phalanger.sln in MonoDevelop, and build projects phpc, Core, ClassLibrary.

And fix build errors if any :) (ideally by reporting them to Mono)
