PHP5 Extension Timeline

Postby nmihalick@codeplex » August 29th, 2006, 8:58 pm

Hello,
I was curious when php5 extension compatibility was going to be added to Phalanger. Particularly my php utilizes the DOMDocument for XSLT transformations. Thank you in advance.

This will take some time as the support for PHP5 is not trivial to implement. It is also possible that someone implement these extensions in managed sooner.

"It is also possible that someone implement these extensions in managed sooner."

Does that mean you need more funding or more assistance?

Hi.

My employer has a strong interest in helping you complete this portion of the project within a very short time period. I would like to discuss options with you. Please leave me a way to get in touch with you as soon as possible if you are interested in a significant funding boost to accelerate development of the php5 extension. Thank you.
