impossible to save my project

I installed the beta 4 version and the sp1.
OS= windows 2003: I followed the explanation for the web server configuration (IIS6.0).
I can create a new project. When I want to save the project, I receive the error message:
"operation could not be completed. This interface is not ..."
Any explanation ? bad configuration ?
If I try to run my project, I received the error message:
"impossible to load the file psp4ts v2.0.0.0"
