Hows about obfuscation?

Hi,
I noticed that just anybody who wants to can read the applications' sources (well almost) using tools like the .NET Reflector.
And all obfuscators I tried destroy the executable binary file (except the Dotfuscator, but this one really sucks).
What protectors/crypters/packers/obfuscators do you guys use?
