undefined function: 'define'

Postby aglevien@codeplex » July 15th, 2008, 11:18 pm

I have a CLI PHP script that I compiled without any problems using phpc v2.0.  BUT, when I attempt to run the .exe it returned the following error:

"Error: Call to undefined function: 'define' in"...

'define' is a standard function for defining CONSTANTS.  Why in the world would you not be able to utilize this functionality?  Is there an alternate methodology that phalanger has in place?  Or does it not support this at all?  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
