Error message when trying to run new project

Hi I get an error when I try to run a program

I am running visual studio pro 2008 on vista x64

steps taken

I have a php web application that I need to run using asp.net, the project has 28 pages including 2 css files I loaded them all in to a new phalanger windows application. idealy I want it to run on a windows server asp.net

anyway I get the following error when trying to run

I am not sure what i am missing other than the fact I have not setup the database yet!
