PHP Windows App - Namespace issues

Just fresh from downloading beta 3 and installed but when compiling a test run creating a php windows app, I've got this great namespace syntax error. What am I missing to have a test run at creating a PHP windows app? browsing documentation is somehow a bit disappointing although this project has gotten me super excited. Anyone's got the same issue?
