VS2008 Integration not showing PHP Web Project

Greetings all, nice to meet you.
I'm trying to use Phalanger VS Integration on Visual Studio 2008, but after installing all components, I find "PHP Web Project" isn't found on "Phalanger" category of project templates.

What am I doing wrong?
