HOw to use Curl or Wget with phalanger

Hi i have found there is lot of free code in php to use for tell a friend feature .
i have downloaded php script & integrated it in php class library .
how ever i need curl to use the script .

how can i integrate curl in phalanger , so that the php class library scripts can use them & execute .

Pls help me .
