Can I use Phalanger with Wordpress >= 4.0 versions ?

Phalanger does not support some php functions... stream_set_timeout() stream_socket_client() etc.
I appeal to developers, You guys can use try {} catch(){} blocks! or give an error "This function is not supported by the Phalanger"
1 Day I'm looking for an error. Wordpress 4.1 (and some earlier versions) is not enter the wp-admin area because Plugins, Themes pages is using php stream functions for update! But page is not showing an error, just enters an infinite loop.
