Can you? Also maybe some sort of icon...

I suppose we could do it on demand somehow. As we are ditributed as vsix package we didn't want to do anything that you can't uninstall that's why it's not there already. But we'll include this, both asociation and icon.

I see. It's not a big deal, I don't really need this. It just seemed a good idea - you know, double click files and all.
