Hello,
thanks for the update, but as of today, i am again experiencing a lag.
I have disabled auto-member listing. now i noticed this also happens on mouse-over.
There is no status message except for "Ready" (Bereit)
Computer specs are:
Win7Pro 64, i7-3770 @3.4 GHz. 32GB RAM

Thanks for the info. We are going to improve this in a future update by taking more advantage of PHPDoc notation.
I guess this happens in large projects, probably in global code scope. (Definitely not caused by insufficient hardware.) Since we cannot test IntelliSense directly on Your code, we would improve common code patterns and see whether it helps You.
