Wont install vs2017 windows 10

i downloaded the vs2017 RC installer and it starting installing and then said could not complete install to vs2017, i read the log file and it says its not compatible with my version of windows 10? Why not? my Windows OS version is:
OS Version 10.0.14393.693 (Win10 RS1)

Thanks for the question.
Is this some kind of Windows Mobile Build? I'm not sure if VS is supposed to run there, I would ask this on Microsoft forum they would be able to provide you with the requirements.
