Nothing working after VS2017 update :(

I have just updated my VS2017 to the latest version (RC3 I think) and PHP Tools has stopped working. I have done previous updates without a problem and this is the first time this has happened.
VS2017 version is: 15.0.0-RC.3+26127.3
PHP Tools version is: 1.22.9523.2017
There is an exception immediately on starting visual studio. I have attached the ActivityLog.xml file.
I am also now unable to open any of my projects or even create new ones. When opening an existing one there is a "(incompatible)" status next to the project name in the solution explorer. Creating new PHP projects gives me a "Creating project 'PHPWebProject1'... project creation failed" in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.
Hopefully you guys can find the problem pretty quick.
Thanks.
Jamie
