first of all sorry for my terrible english...

I want to download PHPTools over the Microsoft Imagine site but i am getting the following error the whole time i try it:

Oh snap! You got an error!
The URL has expired. Request a new URL from Dreamspark.

I wrote to the Dreamspark Support and they answered me that i have to write to the devsense support.

I hope you can help me with my problem and offer me a new url.
