Exception after upgrade to 1.21.9306.2015

Hi,

i constantly get an exception after upgrade to 1.21.9306.2015 even if i dont open a php project (i get it if i open a php project too), only start VS 2015.

Take a look at this tool to delete older extensions.

It helped me in a somewhat similar situation, maybe it also helps you here.

I guess the tool might help as this seems to be somehow corrupted installation. In the activity log there are issues even with standard VS services.

Thanks. I dont see the error message anymore.

Nice tool. I had a lot of duplicate extensions, but i dont know why, as an update to an extension should delete the old one but i guess is not.

Great! I'm glad you've solved it! Not sure how this happens in the first place as installers should definitely check presence of other versions.
