Clicking the "Homepage" link in Composer has no effect

When clicking the "Homepage" link in the "Install New Composer Packages" dialog, nothing happens:



In the above screenshot, I tried to click the "http://pear.github.io/Log/" link only to see that nothing (visually) seems to happen.

Is this a bug or am I using it wrongly?
