PHP Tools [?] extends Visual Studio with set of advanced features to work more efficiently with PHP code.

vendors folder parsing

Just parses the packages in composer.json, not their dependencies. Maybe it should use composer.lock instead? Or the folder itself?

What is the issue? That we do not show IntelliSense of dependant packages or we do?

Actually I may be wrong on this one. Prestashop has some special cases which I failed to see earlier.
