Swedish characters in Debug Consol

Hi there!

When I run Start without Debugging or Start Debugging, Visual Studio 2015 + PHP Tools, console does not show any swedish characters.

I have tried Visual C# code with no problems.

My php.ini file has UTF-8, default_charset = "UTF-8".

I have tried put in header("Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8"); in my code, with no success.

Any suggestions?

Added: My Visual Studio is configured to use language settings from Windows and has language pack installed.

Unfortunately it seams PHP does not respect character encoding when using console output. There are many discussions on this topic like http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1964 ... in-php-cli
