Active debug in VS2015

Hello,
I'm starting to developer in VS2015/PHP, in this moment I'm updating Prestashop, but I can't debug, becouse even I putted a break point the VS2015 didn't stop.
Can you suggest like to do?

Hi,
Please check our troubleshooter first https://docs.devsense.com/debugging/troubleshooting
Additionally PHP Tools provide preconfigured PHP installation with debugging well configured. Just go to project properties and from Server tab select a compatible PHP installation, eventually there is an automatic issue checker.
