AngularJs 157 Intellisense in Visual Studio 2015

I have a 1 page basic index.php page with 2 javascript AngularJs modules.
The app does work.
I cannot manage to enable the intellisense for AngularJS in the .js file
for example i would like to have $http.get( method to popup in the intellisense.
I tried this url but no luck.

I dont have Resharper, the default Visual Studio 2015 with webessentionals.
I am very new to Visual Studio 2015 too.
Altough this might not be a PHP Tools issue, lot of people would like to know the exact steps for Visual Studio 2015 php + javascript + AngularJS how the intellisense to assist.
