Does browser link (
http://vswebessentials.com/features/browserlink) feature from Web Essentials work with PHP Tools ?
If yes, can you show me how please?

Thanks for the question. Currently browser link is not supported and we don't have immediate plans for it at this moment. However I'm going to discuss how we could support this next time we get in touch with Mads Kristensen and Web Team.
