[Feature Request] Setting up rewriting during install

I've been using your tools for a while now and I've grown to love them! On issue that I'm having with debugging is that I can't test htaccess rewrite rules. This is of course a logical result of this all being hosted on IISExpress rather than apache. Perhaps there is a way you could set up htaccess support through IIS Rewrite rules (every time the project builds you check out the htaccess and transcode the rewrites to the IIS Settings?
