Failed to Attach to Web Server

Installed PHP Tools into Visual Studio 2013 (update 3) on my laptop.
When I run the project I receive the error "PHP Tools for Visual Studio failed to attach to Web Server". System is Windows 7 Pro SP1.
I tried this with Build 1.13.5416 which works on my other development system with no problem but generates the error on the laptop.
Looked through the forum, saw a suggestion to try build 1.13.5458 but this also gives the same error.
Please Help!

Well good news!
I reinstalled Visual Studio update 3 and the problem went away!
