Visual Studio slow when debugging

Hello,
Thanks for great extension. One problem though.
When i start debugging in visual studioi 2013 every page load takes 2-3 seconds.
The project is wordpress and when I view the same project with xampp it is very fast.

My php.ini

Hi,

that might have many reasons. Do you have it slow when you debug script as Command Line application ?
