Installation 1.12.5174 failed

After a system crash i reinstalled my whole System from scratch.
I'm trying to install phpTools again. The program asks for the PhpTools 1.1.5062.msi file (Domain Installation, with VS Sync Profile), that no longer exists.
How can i solve this?
