Please do try to go to xdebug 2.3.3 ( it.s actually 2.2.3, but once it was release they had a typo in the name ).

If it still hangs, we can take a look together through direct session. I'd send you details then.

I just installed Visual Studio 2013 and I'm seeing the exact same thing as VS2012.

Any ideas?
