Further intellisense suggestions

I have two suggestions for intellisense:

- intellisense in PHPDoc, e.g. after * @var ClassName -> intellisense for ClassName
- recognition of variables, which are first used inside function calls (although I know, that this is no good programming style, but there is lots of code with this):

function test() {
test2_call($unrecognized);
$unrecognized -> no intellisense
}
