Method dropdown box in VS2013 empty after opening file

With intellisense you have the class dropdown box and the method dropdown box which content changes on change of the class.

But if I open a file of the project which is not yet opened and I do not click into the file yet (the cursor is blinking at position 0,0), but directly open the class dropdown, select a class and open the method dropdown box, it is always empty.
If I click into the file, everything is working fine.

I'm still experiencing this bug with VS2013 Update 2 and PHP Tools 1.12.5211.2013
Should it be already fixed?
