Publish to SFTP

It's been a few months since I had to work on this project, but while the publish used to work, it no longer does.

I think that before there was not the option/requirement for a private key path and passphrase.

When I go to publish (or validate connection) I now get the error, "Empty path name is not legal."

While I don't fear arrest, at this point I can't publish through VS anymore.
I can publish manually using FileZilla, using SFTP without a private key path and passphrase.

Any ideas?
