JavaScript Debug
I have VS 2012 and the latest DevSense PHP Tool up and running. Love it. Can't live without it.
My life would be perfect if only I could debug my JavaScript as well in VS.
Is this possible?
Point me to a tool set.
Thanks....... Jim

Re: JavaScript Debug
Hi James,
Great to hear you like PHP Tools!
You can actually debug javascript with it. Just go to project properties and check debugger JavaScript.
This will setup Internet Explorer for debugging session and you can debug js with certain limitations. ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/bb157684.aspx)
Make sure to give us know how it goes for you.

Re: JavaScript Debug
Thanks Miloslav - that did it.
I have been hunting for that check box for quite a while. I did set it several times. There is no 'save' button on the page so I assumed it was automatic. I was wrong.
Thanks again.

Re: JavaScript Debug
Glad it works for you!
Project properties are be remembered when you change them, so you don't have to save the project to see the effect. However you have to save the project in order to persist the change, but VS would notify you while closing it. If it behaved differently for you please give us know.
Thanks,
