Finding my version

I cannot seem to fine the setting to check for a new release of PHP tools for VS. Can someone point it out to me?

You can enable automatic updates notification in VS. See http://www.devsense.com/doc/phptools/installation at bottom (AUTOMATIC UPDATE NOTIFICATION)
