Opening files of search results fails sometimes

If I search my entire solution for a certain string I get the search results in the visual studio window "Find Results" with one line for each match.
If I now double click this line, the file is not opened and an error "The system can not find the file specified" is shown.

This doesn't happen if the file is already opened in vs. Then the double click leads me to the correct line.

This only happens with a PHP project, C# is fine.

VS 2010, latest "beta" version of PHP Tools 1.8.4577.
