Where can I find a list of Changes and/or Version History?

I am using the pro version of this tool, and I must say I am soooo happy to be doing all my dev work (PHP, SSRS, SSIS, SSDT) in one environment. Thanks guys (and gals?) - please keep up the great work!

I was noticed today that there is an update for PHP tools - from 1.8.4473 to 1.8.4504.

How can I determine what has changed in this release?
