Program can't start because php_mbstring.dll is missing
I've just purchased the licensed version of PHP Tools For Visual Studio and setup the debugger to use the PHP built-in Web Server. When I start debugging I get an error.
How can I fix this?

I solved my own problem. The solution, for me, was to uninstall php from windows. Apparently there was some kind of conflict with my installed version of php and the one in IISExpress folder.

Hi,
I'd bet the problem would be environmental variable PHPRC. All PHP installation will look to the path set up in this variable to look for their extensions and if it's different version of PHP it would result in this error.
Thanks
