Which framework

I would like to start using a PHP framework. I would also like to NOT have my head explode trying to use it with VS 2012 and DEVSENSE plug in.
Which framework is the easiest to use?

There is huge amount of various framework, and I understand it is difficult to choose the one to use.
If you don't have special requirements, you can try for example Nette http://nette.org/en/
