Hi,
I've installed a custom theme in VS but can't find how to adjust the font and color settings for the PHP tooltip. Is it possible?

Hi,
The tooltip font colors are derived from colors in editor. You should just adjust the background of the 'Editor Tooltip' settings (but it seams it cannot be changed and it is derived from another display item setting). There must be a display item which background was not adjusted by your custom theme.
We can make an option in a future version to disable colorized tooltips.
