Hi, I updated my phpTools fo VS2013 Extension and the publish menu disapeared. I use it a lot. how to enable this again? I couldn't figure out how to use Microsoft Web publish...

Thanks for reporting. I've checked the version for VS2013... I can confirm the command has disappeared from the menu.

We've located the issue and fixed it. The hotfix version will be released within few hours.
